Instructions
  1. Add a teaspoon of Beetroot Acai Matcha to the yoghurt or mayo and mix well.
  2. Pour over beetroot, goats cheese and pine nut salad with beetroot leaves or a salad of your choice.

We’ve also tried adding Twist Teas Turmeric Matcha to our homemade vinaigrette dressing, which is delicious on green salads or freshly cooked green beans.

Easy Homemade Chocolate or Plain Granola
Personalise this recipe to family tastes - the variations are endless - and use as a healthy cereal or topping on yoghurt! Make more than you need - it will disappear fast.
Instructions
  1. Combine the oats, nuts and seeds, and coconut in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine the honey, brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, Twist Tea Matcha and salt - warm the mixture if necessary to coat the rest of the ingredients easily.

  3. Spread mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  4. Bake at 150’C (fan oven) or 170’C for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool the granola before stirring in the dried fruits and store in an airtight container.

Turmeric matcha soup
Instructions
For the soup
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrot, celery and bay leaf and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add the ginger, Twist Tea Turmeric Matcha and garlic. Mix well and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Pour over the stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Reduce the heat, and then simmer for 15 minutes until the carrots are tender.
  6. Remove the bay leaf. Allow the soup to cool a little and then blitz (in batches in a food processor or using a stick blender) until completely smooth.
  7. Return to the heat and warm through.
For the garnish
  1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the garnish.
  2. Ladle the soup into bowls and top each with a little of the coriander garnish. Serve immediately.

Instructions
  1. Sift flour and spices together. Cream butter, sugar and honey.
  2. Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in cold Mustn’t Crumble tea.
  3. Mix flour into the creamed mixture, adding the tea to make into a soft pastry dough. Add a little more tea if necessary.
  4. Roll out and use your shape cutter to finish, filling the depressions with stewed apple.
  5. Place on a greased baking tray and bake 10-12 minutes at 150’C until golden. Cool on a rack
