Recommended Twist Tea: Lemongrass & Coconut

Ingredients
- 150 ml boiling water
- 25 g caster sugar
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 2 leaves of gelatine, soaked in water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teabag Twist Tea Lemongrass & Coconut

Instructions
- Place the teabag (tag removed) and sugar in the boiling water, and simmer until it has dissolved.
- Remove the teabag, squeezing it against the side of the pan to release as much flavour as possible.
- Remove the gelatine leaves from the water and add them to the pan, stirring until dissolved.
- Add the sparkling water and lemon juice, pour in to four jelly molds, glasses or bowls.
- Leave to set for a couple of hours.
- Turn out of the molds and serve on its own or with ice cream.
