Infuse one Cocoa-Nut Green Tea bag in an inch of cooled boiled (80°C) water for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove tea and top with coconut milk.
For an added embellishment, dip the rim of a tall glass into freshly squeezed lime juice and then into a bowl of dessicated coconut. Add a generous handful of ice and pour in the shake.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut flakes and garnish with a twist of lime.
Our Cocoa-Nut Green is a green tea blend. Always ensure that you do not pour boiling water directly on to your green tea (this includes matcha). If you pour boiling water directly onto your green tea you can burn it. Instead, use slightly cooled water (approximately 80 degrees Celsius). You can gauge the temperature of your water by waiting 3 minutes after it has finished boiling before pouring it.
