Instructions
  1. Combine the oats, nuts and seeds, and coconut in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine the honey, brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, Twist Tea Matcha and salt – warm the mixture if necessary to coat the rest of the ingredients easily.
  3. Spread mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  4. Bake at 150’C (fan oven) or 170’C for 20 – 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool the granola before stirring in the dried fruits and store in an airtight container.
