Party trick Layered Iced Matcha latte
Recommended Twist Tea: Your favourite Matcha tea

Ingredients
- 200 mls Cold milk of choice
- Ice cubes to fill the glass
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp Twist Matcha tea of your choice Pure Green, Peppermint, Beetroot Acai, Turmeric, Turmeric Cocoa and Cocoa
- Sweetener of choice - honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Measure out your milk into a tall glass, add nutmeg, the sweetener and ice cubes, leaving a space at the top for the Matcha layer.
- In a separate glass or jug, whisk the Matcha powder with water, using a fork or a small whisk until no lumps remain.
- Pour the Matcha layer over the top of the milk and ice and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Here’s the secret: The layer with the sugar in is heavier than the non-sugar layer. So if you want the milk at the bottom, add the sugar to this layer.
