Wow your guests with a trendy iced layered latte. Here we share our secret of how to keep the milk (or milk substitute) layer separate from the Matcha.

  1. Measure out your milk into a tall glass, add nutmeg, the sweetener and ice cubes, leaving a space at the top for the Matcha layer.
  2. In a separate glass or jug, whisk the Matcha powder with water, using a fork or a small whisk until no lumps remain.
  3. Pour the Matcha layer over the top of the milk and ice and enjoy!

Here’s the secret: The layer with the sugar in is heavier than the non-sugar layer. So if you want the milk at the bottom, add the sugar to this layer.
