Strawberry and Rose Overnight Oats
Overnight oats with a Twist. The kids can’t trash the kitchen with this easy, delicious and healthy Mother’s Day breakfast. She’ll love it!

  2. Brew a small cup of Strawberry and Rose Twist Tea with warm water for three minutes. This is also available as To Mother With Love and our rather cheekily named Sexymothercuppa!
  3. Add a scoop of oats and a teaspoon of chia seeds and pour into a pretty jar or glass. Pop in the fridge and leave overnight.
On Mother’s Day
  1. Pour a little plain yoghurt or kefir or non dairy yoghurt over the oats and drop in chopped fruits of your choice. We recommend banana, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries, but use your creativity!
  2. Then raid the cupboard for coconut, nuts, seeds or any toppings you know your Mum will love.
  3. You can also drizzle over a bit of honey or maple syrup, pop in a spoon and serve with love.
