Tea and cake are a timeless combination. For the epitome of tea and cake (in a cup) mix TwentyFourSeven and Yule Log. Mmm.

Instructions
  1. Infuse both blends in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. For a stronger chocolate flavour, leave Yule Log to brew for up to 10 minutes.
  2. Combine and top with a splash of cold or frothy milk.
  3. Garnish with grated chocolate.
  4. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Our Yule Log tea is a rooibos blend, so you can leave this in the hot water as long as you like.  Rooibos does not contain tannins and will not become over-brewed or bitter.  Mixing Yule Log with TwentyFourSeven, our blend of organic Indian Assam and Kenyan black teas, will result in a brew with a malty, chocolatey flavour and a boost of caffeine.

The addition of milk enhances the chocolate flavour and adds a delicious creaminess.
